To cancel or reschedule driving lesson(s) or observation lesson(s), students must call or email us 48 hours before the lesson(s).  All calls and email cancellations must be made during our office hours (Mon-Sat 9am-5pm).  Student with lesson(s) scheduled for 9AM on Monday must call us by 9AM on Friday, and student with lesson(s) scheduled for 9AM on Tuesday must call us by 9AM on Saturday because SUNDAY will not count.  A rescheduling fee of $35 will be applied for each scheduled single lesson unless it is rescheduled 48 hours before. For a double lesson, which is 90 minutes in duration, the rescheduling fee is $70.

 

     Students who are more than 15 minutes late for driving lesson(s) will forfeit their lesson(s) or be subject to a $35 fee per scheduled single lesson, or $70 fee per scheduled double lesson. We cannot allow our customer to wait for more than 15 minutes due to their work or personal schedule for the day. Also, sometime students live up to an hour away from each other and we do not have time to run back and forth between each student. If a student does not appear for a scheduled lesson, or does not have their original learning permit, eyeglasses, or contact lenses (as stated on the learning permit) CANNOT take their driving lesson(s) and will forfeit their lesson(s) or be subject to a $35 fee per scheduled single lesson, or $70 fee per scheduled double lesson.

     

     To cancel or reschedule a weekday road test, you must call or email us 2 weeks before the road test date, if not students will forfeit their $170 road test fee and be charged a $35 fee by the RMV. Once Safety Auto School scheduled a Road Test with RMV, students will forfeit their $170 road test fee and be charged a $35 fee by the RMV if scheduled road test was cancelled by others or double booking a road test.  All calls and email cancellations must be made during our office hours (Mon-Sat 9am-5pm).  All students must meet at their assigned office or road test area on road test date.  RMV has the right to cancel or change the road test date.  

     

      You give Safety Auto School (SAS) permission to reserve and book your road test with the RMV under your learner’s permit information. If you change to different driving school(s), you must contact our office during our office hours (Mon-Sat 9am-5pm) AT LEAST 14 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE YOUR POTENTIAL TEST DATE to remove your name on the road test list.

     

     Lessons are scheduled for students one after another and may take us some time to return after the lesson, for we may need to pick up the next student. Students may also be dropped off at train stations upon request.

 

     Students will be picked up/dropped off at a pre-determined location near our Dorchester’s Office, Mattapan Station, North Quincy Station, JFK/UMass Station, and Boston’s Latin Academy. We will make every effort to accommodate upon student’s request.  Only students that booked their 90 minutes driving lessons (back-to-back) will get FREE pick up and drop off at home if you live in Dorchester, South Boston, and Mattapan (Roxbury, Quincy, and Milton – Please call for details).

 

     There are no refunds or partial refunds once you have signed the contract.  All services must be completed within 12 months of enrollment.  After 12 months, money is not refundable, and services will be forfeited. 

 

     If Safety Auto School’s instructors suspicious that you are under influence of drugs, alcohol, or marijuana, we have the right to deny your services and contact authorities.  You will forfeit your scheduled driving lesson(s) for the day or be subject to the $35 fee per scheduled lesson.
